This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with around 12 months or more property management experience who is looking to take the next step in their career within a structured, supportive and fast-paced environment. The Opportunity Joining a collaborative POD-based team structure, you will work across a shared portfolio of approximately 600 properties while being supported by experienced property management professionals. What’s On Offer Up to $70,000 package depending on experience Car allowance and phone provided Supportive leadership and ongoing training Clear career progression opportunities Modern systems and streamlined processes Monday to Saturday roster with a weekday off Your responsibilities will include: Conducting ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections Managing repairs and maintenance requests Assisting with lease renewals and rental increase recommendations Liaising with landlords, tenants and tradespeople Supporting the day-to-day management of the portfolio Working within a task-based environment focused on service and efficiency About You: Minimum 12 months of experience in residential property management Certificate of Registration essential Reliable car and driver's license required Strong communication and time management skills Professional presentation and a positive attitude Ability to thrive in a busy, team-oriented environment Experience with systems such as RP Data or similar CRM platforms preferred This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable agency that genuinely invests in its team and offers long-term career development.
